Ls vtec clarification

Default Ls vtec clarification

I was just wondering if a 92 ls b18a1 bottom end would work to complete an ls vtec with the b16a head?? thanks

when you talk about ls vtec all it means is you are takeing a b ser bottom end non vtec and putting on a vtec head (b ser)

No, a LS/VTEC is a LS (only) block with a vtec Bseries head. Ryan

A crv block would be a crvtec

same thing....either ls/crv can be named the same thing so people who spend too much work doing the B20 preludes do they have lude-tecs?? whats in a name anyways...and to answer your question you can use any year Non-vtec B block with any B v-tec head with some work of course
