Can I run the toda spec b cams with integra type r valve springs? I plan to raise the redline to 9 grand when i get the cams.

 

I would definitely suggest not running them on ITR valvespings unless you get Portflow inners and retainers. Still for piece of mind I would run Toda valvetrain. The Toda A's are the only ones Toda says you can run on stock valvetrain. Do a search, multiple people are running B's on ITR/Portflow combo.
