Fuel Supply System defective or malfunctioning fuel supply system

whats the most common thing that might of throw off this code?? i have a hf crx with a b18 motor.. and i was just driving around then it came on... it seems to be running fine.. you think ill be safe to use it tomarrow morning for school?

 

your not the first .. i know about 10 ppl that b18 swap do that .. mine does it too . like clock work . i wouldent worry about it
