Where's the 12 V ignition wire?

Where's the 12 V ignition wire?
I'm installing my ignition amp and it tells me to locate the 12 V ignition wire; anyone know whihc one I should use? Sorry for asking so many questions; lack of basic car knowledge + cheap *** trying to install his own ignition amp = me
