what is the top dollar amount you guys would pay for a 2001 honda prelude with a blown headgasket. i saw and was thinking about looking into it. also what would cause a blown headgasket on a 01 lude with 18300 miles?

 

overheating it, or boosting it.

In which case, it may be MUCH more than just a blown head gasket.

 

i wish i could find one with a blown headgasket, i'd try to pick it up for a couple thousand, not mush more though, b/c you never know what else you may get into

where in the ad does it say it has a blown headgasket? He wrote drives good blahblah blah...

 

It looks like its in decent shape, but if it has a blown head gasket, I'd only pay a few thousand for it. Don't forget, there may be other stuff wrong with the car
