Default How to fix those annoying squeaky seats!

OK so I got a 93 Accord SE with leather seats and the damn things won't stop squeaking! If you hit any bumb the seats squeak and its rather annoying. Is this common?

I was thinking about ripping them out and using white lithium grease on the springs. Is this a good idea? Thanks!

The seat rails? I tightened the 4 bolts that hold it to the floor and that still didn't solve the problem.

If I pick my butt up and were to jump up and down on the seat the cushions are sounding like they are squeaking. Does this make sense?
