obd0 b16a has been cut, but resoldered back and works fine. has only 3k on it

obd0 p30 has fairly new cap on it

Don't buy from this guy and don't believe a thing he says.

This is his 3rd or 4th username on this forum.
As soon as someone gets pissed b/c he ripped them off, he switches his username.
He only ripped me off for $25, argued with me about it and then agreed to pay me back. But I have yet to see any money....
