Default Crankshaft pulley

'98 ACCORD EX Timing Belt Job: Does the crankshaft bolt tighten in the opposite direction as standard threading? I'm assuming that even with a big breaker bar and a strap wrench, it'll still be a bitch to break the bolt. I want to be sure I'm hurting myself in the right direction...
