Is this worth it?
I saw this from a local shop and was wondering if it was worth the money? They do a head porting:
Stage 1 - For improved Street Flow. Will not require a change in cam or compression although PaceSetter/Greddy Headers would be helpful and an Air Intake will help in combustion Chambers.
Softens sharp edges to help flow cone develop quicker in the Valve Head area
Blending of Intake and Exhaust Runners
3 angle Valve job
Works well with up to 50 shot of Nitrous
You'll get 20-35 Horse Power gain.
Price ...$525 (Price based on 4 cylinder heads.)

20-35hp doesn't sound realistic to me, but I'm not sure?

Head porting is definitely not something you want just any joker doing. Head porting is a learned skill that is difficult to do well, and really simple to totally f**k up. You need to find someone who not only has a lot of experience porting Honda heads, but also experience porting the head of whatever specific Honda engine you have.
The 1st thing I would ask the shop is to talk to the person that will actually be doing the work. Then I would ask that person how many H22A heads he has performed head work on (assuming you have an H22A). Then I would ask him for references from his previous headwork customers so that you can conact them and find out how this guy's work turned out. And it would not be unreasonable to ask for before/after headwork dynoplots too from previous H22A customers.
