Received my MPFI stuff....any precautions or advice for a fellow??
well...just received all my MPFI stuff in the mail today. i have all the information on how to swap everything but do i need to know other things related to it?? any help would be greatly appreciated...thanks agp
Replace all gaskets and seals (including injector o-rings, seats, etc).
Clean everything out while it's off the car (inside the manifold, throttle body).
Make sure you have every single nut and bolt you'll need for the swap.
Run voltage tests on the sensors to ensure they're working.
Buy a Helm's manual if you don't already have one. This way, if a problem arises, you can actually fix it.

Run all your wires before you actually do the swap. make sure you have all the tools you need. dont forget to drain the coolant. scrape ALL the gasket off the new manifold. make sure you either have a beater car or a ride to get emergency parts. Check to see if you manifold is complete and remember that none of your old parts will bolt on.
