Default WTB: ITR/GSR Power Steering Rack and maybe subframe

I need an ITR or GSR power steering rack ASAP. I think something is wrong with my civic manual rack and now is the best time to upgrade. I would prefer to buy it locally (So. Cali) to save on shipping, but I'll pay for shipping if the price is right. So far, I've seen prices from $50 local to $125 shipped (any more than that I won't even consider)...

Anyway, I would LIKE to get the power steering subframe also as I need to swap that out also. But if you don't have that, it's not THAT big of a deal.

Please email at tr0ll@innocent.com or PM me if you have one for sale.

You know the PS rack won't bolt to the MS subframe, right? The passenger side of the mount is different between the two.

Yes, I know, the reason I say it's not a big deal is because I have a friend up north (cali) that has a Power steering subframe from his civic SI that he will give to me. It's just he wont' be down for at least another 2 weeks so if I can get one with the steering rack, I won't have to wait...

Got one offer so far, but was hoping for a lil less... Anyone?

BTW, is the GSR and ITR ratio the same? I hear the 96-97 ITR ratio is better than teh 98+ ITR ratio?

And how about the GSR versus the RS/LS/GS steering rack? How do the ratios stack there? I mean anything is going to be better than my CRAPPY civic manual ratio. My 1990 integra GS could turn circles around my new civic.... my civic can probably do it, doing 3 point turns.... =P

I have a rack from a 00 GSR with less then 20K on it. It came from a recked car. I am not sure what shipping would be but I would let it go for 50+ shipping if you want.

ooh, i am very interested... however, are all the boots/joints ok? no play in tie-rod ends? nothing was bent from the accident rite?

92708 is my zip code (Fountain Valley). Can you check how much shipping would cost on the rack? I don't think it's heavy, just long...

Fedex Ground is usually cheaper than UPS...
