Default Code 10 IAT - intake air temperature sensor -- How do I clear it?

This is the only CEL code I can't get rid of. I did my own OBD0- OBD1 conversion. My B17A has a modified 90 DX harness on it. I may possibly have a harness plug in the wrong spot. What are the colors of the wires on the IAT? What can I do to correct this code?

should be plugged/wired into a red w/ yellow stripe wire and a green w/ white stripe wire.
