sorry guys to keep bothering u wif dis but some ppl say the aem is good and so is the comptech ice box! is there much differences between the two? some even say that the aem cai doesn't make much difference is this true?

also if i get a hi-flow cat and a mugen cat back exhaust, if i buy a header later is it a guarrenteed fit? or it depends on the cat and it's ID n OD if so wats a good sports cat on the market?
