A "young blonde girl" on her P plates (that means she just got her license: 17-19 years old probably) tried to take the park next to mine yesterday afternoon. She drove into the side of my car - then drove off.

I was upstairs studying in the library and i had a witness who found me and notified me about it. I have the number plates, reported it to the police (investigating now ) and took pictures of it immediately at the scene.




She went for the space here.


My insurance excess is $1450 (almost $1000 in US currency now) and i have to pay that if i'm going to make the claim. I hope they find her, prove her guilt and that she confesses to it.

Ohh and pay for all the damages.

 

Didn't look like she suffered lot of damage - no shards of glass or anything.

Hopefully she will be found. That much damage to your car had to have resulted in damage to hers. Hope she enjoyed the short time she had been driving, because after a hit-and-run conviction, it will be a while before she gets to do it again

This "should" fall into the <u>Uninsured motorist</u> category. I had the same thing happen to me, and the deductible is usually about $200-250.

 

I seriously HATE people that don't view driving as a gift, and also as a responsibility. Find the bitch...ream her insurance for all that you can.

That really sucks bro. I hate people who do not give a rats *** about other peoples property. If you hit something be a grown up and face the consequeces. All this girl did was screw herself even more by hitting you, then fleeing the scene. I hope they take this girls license away for a long time.

Same crap happend to my brothers Type R, except a tow truck ran a stop sign and ended up hitting my brothers front, and drivers fender then tried to run. The tow truck took off, and then came back like 5 minutes later. But in the end my bro got a jdm conversion and is happy now. Good luck bro.
