Rear Wiper Removal Solution
Was bored last week and decided to take off the rear wiper for a cleaner look. I know a lot of people have asked about the nut you can get from Honda to cover the plug. That works too but I found a cheaper quick fix since the nut is $15 plus most places have to order it.
I just went to Home Depot and bought some 3/4inch 19mm rubber tips http://cylon.org/integra/tips.jpg & http://cylon.org/integra/tip.jpg -- These fit perfectly in the hole that is made after you take out the wiper motor. I tested it today in a serious thunderstorm for about an hour and there was no leakage whatsover and I didn't even use any silicon.

I'd be interested in how you took it off, too. Was there a wire to disconnect?
Yeah they can steal it, I have 4 more, as long as its not in a rainstorm
I will probably press it down some more and silicon it in real good eventually.

IMO, the OEM plug is worth the money.. It'll give you a cleaner look. http://www.ofoto.com/PhotoView.jsp?c...606086103&US=0
I just ordered the wiper plug as shown in the picture and then sealed it with silicone. The silicone is enough to keep it in place while its curing.. After it cures, it is very solid.
Thanks...i picked up that rubber end last night. its decent, cheap and effective. I also figured out how to plug my power antenna hole...but i guess thats another issue
Did you take out the wiper motor and stuff too? Or just the blade?
It seems like you could save a few pounds (if you're into that) if you took everything out..

not sure where there are more of these....but in your trunk at the backside of your tail lights(as in ...in the back wall) there are 2 plastic plugs. Pull one out and put something over that hole(which is behind the bumper anyway) or get another one. take that plug and get some electical tape. that plug has a lip. just wrap some tape around the lip until its a bit larger so that it plops into the hole. it lays flat and snug
