VAFC Problem...HELP! Searched!
I just installed my VAFC today in my P61 OBD1 DB2 GS-R. EVERYTHING is wired according to APEXi's Manual EXCEPT the Ignition Power Wires, which instead of tapping TWICE in to the wire, and spliced together, and THEN in to the Ignition Power wire. I DON'T Think this is my problem, but if someone can clarify, i would greatly appreciate it.
Im hitting rev limiter at 7,400 rpm, instead of 8,100. Just like how it does, if you try to rev it up with the engine cold. What is the problem here. IS it the wires i tied together? Is it something diferent? Someone please help me. Shifting at 7,400 sucks.
