Default my accord 98 race 92 hatchback swap GSR

Hi people...help me out please,

a dude that I knew in a 92 civic hatch is betting me $500 on a 1/4 miles race on his new 92 hatch engine swap GSR... Can anyone help me ..
could i beat this GSR engine with my Drag turbo running 7psi???
I'm racing him this weeken, any tip you guys could help me out to get more horse/power either reduce weight or increasing boost..
The only concern i got is accord is the heavy weighted, because you know hatchback are very light weight.. He might beat me on that

So what yal think? could I beat him?

-Here is HIS setup 92 hatch GSR engine swap manual..
intake upgrade(not cold air)
new battery, spark plug + wire
spring, with tokico shock
17 inch rim, (katana rim) along with falken tire
1.5 lower
Technaflow exhaust 2.25 4''
((engine swap GSR engine)).
and this one is manual but no clutch upgrade though

-Here is MY setup Honda accord 98 auto 4cyl 4drs
light weight pully
cold air intake
Venom400 control modual (if you dont know it was a map,air sensor modual)
17 rim same as his and same tire ...We both buy them at same dealership..
greddy exhaust EVO 2.25 4''
((Drag turbo kit ))
DRAG cast iron or tubular exhaust manifold
Turbonetics-Garrett T3/T04B hybrid
Spearco intercooler DRAG aluminum end tanks
and everything come with a Drag turbo kits..
I'm running 7psi on 93octane

any tip will be apreciated...thanks
