lol, not exactly flaming you.
but i dont think much people ever heard of megan exhaust neither..

oh yeah, i actually been there couple time, it's in socal.
customer service is painfully slow

if you going to spend that much on that pos catback why not save a bill or 2 more and get something that will work for sure?
name brand like apex'i, greedy, megaflow, etc

when u put something that will work... wat do u mean? i thought the exhaust mostly depended on the piping diameter and the material it is made out of... yea apex'i and stuff are good but arent u just paying for the name? don't some of you agree? if im wrong... any advice or facts... ide like to know... thanx

the pipe diameter is importance but....
>the bents(angle)
>material(light weight, hollow hanger)
>resonator(quiet yet not restrictive, very hard)
just some points i want to point out...

dont get me wrong you can build your own exhaust too.
mandrel(sp) bent is very expensive.
the right resonator is hard to get too.

how much is megan's catback anyway?

the RSX-S muffler on 2.25" mandrel piping i had gave me much better low end than my old tanabe, which was better suited for me cuz most of the driving i do is local.
but my current set up with the stromung muffler is my fave

2.5 is better for turbo application..2.25 is enuff for na.
um..about the back pressure loss by switching to 2.5 inch piping..
perhaps a larger restonator will do it>?
