Default tranny or motor

ok here is the deal, this summer im planning on either getting my new jdm gsr long- block or a new b16 tranny. im thinkin about going with the tranny because i plan on goin all motor with the gsr motor and the long gearing of the ls tranny wont be good but a new motor would be very nice to have also.. i hate my motor its too slow so i dont know how long i can wait
