I have a stock H22 manifold...
You can also take the gasket to a machine shop with CNC equipment and they can make one for you for like $50.
Our shop has done it before, I could probably get a hold of another one... unless you just want the stock manifold I have....

i've got a stock manifold, i was hoping someone made them already, pre-made ones for b-series usually got for under $40, if i took the time, i know a local machinist that would probably let me use his shop
