Hey guys just a simple question. I installed Tein HA coilovers in my 01 R last week and now after driving on them for a week, I'm getting a rattling in the front strut mounts, rear is perfect. Has anyone had similar problems with the front mounts, I didn't think the mounts would go that fast , the car only has 6K on it. I'm not sure if a get new ones if it will make a difference the strut mounts looked brand new when they came out.

 

What is the most common damping settings front and rear for everyday driving as well as the track.. right now I have them set 8 up front and 6 in the rear
