maximas are great cars! they have over 200 hp stock.. im talking about the 94-99 models, why isnt there a topic place for nissan maximas? I was thinking of getting a max instead of a teg cause it looks soo much better modded, and has more power.

to the other 'intelligent' people here, the recent model maximas (a sedan) can easily be a 13-14 second qtr mile car. It doesn't cost that much to modify one to outrun 99% of gsr's w/ equal modifications.

 

Actually the 94-99 have 190 hp to the crank and 190 tq. The 2000-2001 has 220 hp and 200 tq. And yes they are easy cars to mod. A stock 5 speed 94-99 can low 15s stock and with a basic i/h/e can be low 14! Just to let you guys know!

Where are the MAXIMAS??!!

This kid I used to know had one with I/E and msd ingnition and he ran a 14.9, pretty respectable for a family and grocery getter. But its still a big body 4 door that cant compete with the Integras looks.

 

my grandma has a maxima
