Default Going JDM front-end...will HID work?

I'm going to get the JDM front-end..but I was wondering if my phillip HID light will work on it or not? I thought the light is universal?

yes... u can get hid's to work on the non-hid jdm headlights... the actual jdm lights have a ballast ith them and i believe thay are a little differant... the non-hid is like a normal headlight... if your hid's wont fit... it shouldnt be hard to make them work...

You can definitely make your hids work in the new setup. The one problem I can see you running into is the bulb housing itself. If the bulb code is different than the one you are running now the bulb will not be a simple plug and play. It might take some bracket making. I get HID bulbs that are made to fit the old halogen housings. They are the best. There are fewer worries. The only thing that is left is to find a place to mount your ballasts.
