I searched through 172 topics and got no where so:
What cam shafts would you guys recommend for a daily driven b16a CRX, I want good low-mid RPM power, only occaisonally go to the drags...
I've got I/H/E as well as the skunk2 intake manifold, and was planning on getting the whole thing properly tuned..
So far Skunk2 stage 1 (stage 2 overkill????)
Toda B series
Crane Stage 1 (stage 2 overkill????)
are on my short list.....

don't be scared of higher staged cams, they are no less streetable or any worse of an idle as long as you have the valvetrain and fueling to compesate. My friend has a b20/vtec with individual throttle bodies and stage 3 skunk cams(the biggest on the market). and another friend has a b20/vtec with crower stage 2's. They are all the same price so you mine as well go with the biggest you can the first time so you don't regret it later. bigger cams aren't going to make your car any less reliable or undrivable.
Or maybe some EF-1 cams. http://www.EF-1.com
Toda B's would make good power.
JUN III's are nice
Junk2's would be fine too. Its all up to you and how much you want to pay really.

Skunk2 stage 2's and Toda B's are both sounding good with the spring/gear upgrade as well
I'm just curious about my low-mid end gains, I live in canada so a full skunk2 set-up is $2168.64 and a full Toda set-up is $2328.64 am I gonna see power gains to justify this???
cause I need new tires/rims/brakes/stereo too and my money only goes so far
but it seems like a waste to not do the cams while my engine is spread across my garage...
