91 CRX First Test Passes on the 1/8th Mile.
I ran about 10 passes on the local 1/8th Mile strip. Car is basicly stock except for the following simple mods. Tire Pressure on fronts down to 21 lbs, air filter removed. Top part of intake that goes on top of the radiator, was removed and a piece from my 85 lude stuck in place to push out to the bottome of the front spoiler. Gas was 87 Octane Pump Gas.
1/8 th Mile Best Time.
60 Foot - 2.451
Speed - 63.47
ET 10.843
Besides Tires what should be my next step to improve times. I am considering Limited Slip Diffs, and will be doing header, test pipe, and strait through muffler. Also in the cards is a Crane Fireball ignition system, and external coil. Also will build a Mild Forced Air Intake system.
Any Other Ideas on how to improve the times on this car without killing it as a daily driver. If I must I will use it for drag only, and drive one of my other cars or truck for work.
NO SARCASTIC REMARKS on that time, that is in a stock car with Pep Boys tires, and only had the car 2 days at that point.

Try something that requires using that round thing in front of you.
(autocross) FWD cars aren't the best for drags, but if you must, tires, alignment, and keep it from transfering weight. Good luck.

Steering wheel is mostly useless on the strip, if you have to use it for something other than somewhere to put your no shifting hand, then you need to head to an alignment shop.
Stage 2 Clutch, LSD, CAI, Header, things Like this will help, but what to buy, and what order to buy things in.
