i have a 90 civic dx. I am wondering if it is a difficult swap. you know, the wiring, is that hard? Also what axles would i use, the 94 GSR axles?

i used integra axles on my car. the swap is not the easiest swap but by no means is it the hardest. if you get the right mounts and have the time and tools it is not a problem.

 

For the EF DX version you will need the following:

mounts
shift linkage
wiring harness (Place Racing & HASport both make it)

in addition to the swap itself.

First timer? Give yourself roughly 3 days & a lot of cursing.

Sorry did not mean to make it sound like I could not do the engine part. That will actually be the easiest, no problem there. I was just wondering if the wiring was difficult. But thanks for the help guys.

 

HASport makes wiring convertors. It's not that hard.

Axles - 90-93 Integras. The 94+ won't work unless you upgrade your hubs.
