What are you asking? What car? What year? What ECU? Which pinouts?

AEM EMS, obd-1, b16 in crx. what is the voltage supposed to be when you test it with a multimeter.

Power input to the ECU should be equal to battery output voltage without the car running... so 12.5 volts or thereabouts...? That can't really be your question... can it?

ya i think you have to have the key turned to on or start to ge the reading... mine is 6.7v i thought it was 12v just wanted to make sure. but since im reading 6 something i dont know whats wrong. its the yel/blk wires known as powerinput on a 91 and IGN1 on a 92 i have a few differnet wiring diagrams so i dont know what to call it really

I might be wrong on the 12V thing... I'm @ work so I can't check too many OT sites (firewalled + monitored) but I'd take a look at things like HASport's wiring diagrams if you say it's for a '91 model year.
