Are B20A5 and B21 Cranks the same?

Are B20A5 and B21 Cranks the same? Outta the old school Preludes...

I think they are both 95mm Stroke, but Im not sure...

99% sure they are. I know the extra displacement the B21 has is from larger pistons. You need a B21 crank? I have one I could part with.
