Default idle jerking problem

Alright so i was going to install my turbo yesterday but didn't due to wrong ic piping ect so i decided to put my old headers back on ect the A/C is now gone. Everything is back the car starts.. idles around 1250rpms and BOGS until 3k rpmwhen i start to move. Also it feels like the engine/tranny is about to fall apart.. how can just removing the a/c do somthing like this?

the only sensor i disconnected was the one that is in the header right before the catalatic converter

did you reuse your old gaskets?

There could be one HUGE Exhaust leak.

Also, did you pull the motor mount by the ac by chance? (probably not, but gotta check all bases)

doesnt seem that a/c would make the car run like that, unless in your removal you damaged other lines, like possibly a vacuum line, your idle seems kinda high too, it should be at about 750-800ish also i would think disconnecting an o2 sensor would throw your computer off, also if you reused your old exaust gasket that would give you a huge leak, but i think you would hear that. i dont know of really anything else, without looking at the car. maybe someone else can give you more help.........sorry

i put in the OLD ecu and it hardly ran, i threw back in the p28 and it fired up like a champ.. idling around 1100rpms now. i'll look around the ac area and make sure i didn't snag a vac line but i don't think there are any vac lines running around down there. it runs fine with the p28 in it.. just doesn't idle all that good. There is a exhaust leak where the headers meet the test pipe.. i fixed that but before that it was jerking all over with the tap of the gas.. i guess it was reading way to much air and not enough gas.
