Default paintin some wheels needin alittle help

ok i am in the process of painting my wheels so far i have used aircraft coating remover to get off the old paint. and let me tell you this stuff works great, but it is a pain in the *** to use on multi spoke wheels. my wheels are the "spider" look and man just when you think you get it all off you find a huge chunk still left on, so if anyone is gonna do this on a multi spoke wheel make sure you really want to because i am going through aircraft paint remover like it is water!!! anyone know where they sell it? i sold out my local checkers store and i still need more! anyway my question is i am looking for black wheel paint but i cant find any duplicolor doesnt make it they only make graphite. is there something else i can use? will like high temp paint work? i need a nice glossy black. thanks guys and gals!!!

Paint stripper on multi-spoke wheels takes patience. If you don't have neighbors who care about toxic chemicals being sprayed all over the place, put a good sloppy coating of paint stripper on, and take your wheel out in the driveway and put a spray nozzle on your hose and turn it on the wheel full blast. If you can adjust it, adjust it so it's more of a jet and less of a fan.

Either that or rent a pressure washer to get all that **** off. Or, even easier, have them bead-blasted.

You didnt have to use paint stripper. You can use any kind of quality spray paint and it will work.

I painted my rims by hand and I used tremclad gloss black
Remember... its hand paint so it wont shine like this all the time.. hand painting flat black looks really cheap! especially after it rains and gets a bit dirty
