Default euro-r head

Anyone compared a head design between normal jdm h22 head and jdm euro-r head? Someone told me the euro-r head will flow better than the normal h22 in stock form.

Euro-R head = Type-S head

Both of which have a mild port job from the factory.

Bingo. Type-S and Euro-R cams have the same parts numbers...both say P5P, and yeah same for the head.
