i hate posting things like this, but search did nothing for me. so if theres anyone out there with experiece with either of these headers please check in.

i originally was going to buy the GReddy 4-2-1 SS Header for my h22. i have one on my d series and always liked it. a friend introduced me to the AN-R header for the h22.

i have been unable to find any info on the an-r header... performance wise.

whast would be the better choice for performance?

most increase?
