Need Help with Prelude motor swap into an Accord...Please
My friend is doing a jdm 95 h22a automatic swap into a 96 accord ex...The motor dropped right in, but is there anything we have to do with the harness or distributor in order to make the motor start up?...We used the stock accord harness...and accord distributor...It seems like theres something wrong with the distributor...Can it be because the distr. is obd1 and the car is obd2...Should we use the prelude distributor...PLEASE ANY INFO WILL HELP...thanks

hmm..im not sure about the distributor being obd1 or 2, but i know the distributors are different on accords, use the h22 or find an h23 distributor..this should cure your problem..peace

i had a 96 h22 into my 96 accord
had to use a GSR dizzy.. they go from internal to external like every year it seems
might be your problem
