Ok my tired d16a6 has got to go, I was wondering after the speed limiter is removed of course if anyone knows the average 0-60 times for a zc swaped into an si coupled with the si tranny and also the top speed roughly. I need more power and this motor is not impressing me at the moment.......hows a damn ford contour gonna hang thats pathedic lol

 

ZC is only slightly faster than the A6, Si owners are often not as impressed with their gains as the STD and DX owners are (cuz there is 40hp increase for DX, 70hp gain for STD owners!). So if I were you get the ZC if you want an easy swap, but if you are looking for speed than go for a B-series.

 

i agree, if you want the easy swap and a few extra horses go with the ZC, if you want real power go with the B-series... just my opinion, i have both an d16a6 Si and a DX dohc and they are almost as fast... im going with the b-series..

 

i say rebuild you a6 you will be happier

another vote for the rebuild of the A6...I am not a big fan of zc's
