when some one is using the word "vtec head" how many parts are included with the head? are vavles and springs are incluced too? can some one please tell me every peice on the head and how hard is it to be changed?

 

It depends if they say complete head or not. Usually they have valves, springs, retainers and what not. I mostly see them for sale on the board without cam shafts. If the head is already out and it doesnt have any valve train you might as well buy a skunk2 setup and start fresh with a beefy setup. Order a Helms why you're at it and put it together yourself.
