i just picked up a used set of skunk2 coilovers. problem is that the retaining collar is stuck, it doesnt want to turn or anything, good news is that the threads are not messed up, so i am assuming dirt is stuck between.

now is there any method to unstick them? i already tried pb blaster on it but no luck. any help guys thanks

hmmm. Spray some WD40 on the threads and let it chill on there for a little bit then repeat. Try to loosen between each spraying.
