please help!!!! code 9 and boggy low end

Default please help!!!! code 9 and boggy low end

i just put an si motor in my 88 dx and did the mpfi swap. it runs ok but boggy off of idle and throwing a code 9, runs great after 3000 rpm

ok, i just went got back from driving the car to the gas station, and it rips as long as you don't floor it below 4000 rpm's. and it idles really high when cold around 2000. what could be wrong?????? if you punch it in the low r's it craps out bad

the code is the crank angle sensor the distr is bad you have to change the distr b/c nobody make the replacement sensor for it . recheck your wire's at the ecu and the restr box.

would a bad distributer cause it to bog low r's and rip in the high rpm? it also seem to be alot faster when cold and not as boggy.
