JUN springs bind ?
I am trying to do my homework before I put my head back together.
I am running a b18c1 with JUN springs/retainers with skunk2 stage 2 cams.
I have heard bout how everyone says I should get ITR Lost Motion Assemblies to insure the cams do not snap. Also, my friend installed the jun springs and retainers, should I be worried about clearance, and take it to a machine shop and have them look at it, too make sure it won't bind the spring ??
What other measure should I take to insure that my setup is all set to spec ???

For my $, I would (and did) get Toda valve springs, although I am running a Toda package. Nonetheless, you can use them w/ Jun's or Skunk's cams.
I've been running my JUN III head now for about 8 months. No complaints, I've checked the springs a coulple of times while performing valve adjustments. Everythying looks OK. I know that SGT. has issues with the JUN springs though.
