Thanks for the reply. For a moment there I was stressing.. My block went out on me cause one of my main barings went out on me and the rod became lose and went up against my crank shaft and f*cked it up. So like you said all I need is another block weither it's ob1 or ob2 rite. If it works then i'll buy you a beer when ever we meet. hahaha.. Is there anything else I should know. Thanks dawg....

it's all the same as far as metal goes... the MAIN difference between OBDI and II are sensors and emissions ****.

just stick with obdI and you wont have to worry about all the bullshit associated to obdII

I'm low on budget and the b16a2 is the one that came with my car. It's hard for me to find another block. I want a better block that will give my car more hp and torque. anyone out there that knows about this stuff too then post up....

get a B18C block with CTR pistons... add the B16 head and you should be happy with the results. I'd say about 1g for all of it

The block has nothing to do with emissions part be it OBDI or II. If you are looking for a B18C1 block, you can look for 94-01 with out any problems with sensors or OBD crap. Later.

so does all that obd stuff apply to non obd cars as well....because i want to put a b18c block with a b16 head in my 91 integra and i was wondering if i would have to modify any of the wiring or the hoses to get that block in my car.
