Default Exhaust Question

I plan on putting my 2000 accord 4cyl. nearly back to stock, though I'm not sure what to do about the exhaust.

I have a axel back section that I plan on replacing with the orginal stock section. Though I had a custom 2.5" midpipe section made and no longer have the stock part to that.

So my question is, will there be a problem with having the stock axel back section on with a larger pipe from the cat to there?

Nope, just pipe from the cat to muffler.
