Default piston Q: are USDM ITR's the same as JDM GS-R's?

Like stated above. Is this true?

No.

P72 heads have a larger quench pad and a smaller cc volume. P72 head would need a smaller piston dome to hit the same 10.6:1 CR compared to the P73-A0 pistons with a PR3 head.
