obumper prep and repair
i aquired a 94 integra bumper but its not in the best condition. im planning to strip the paint off and prep it myself and have a body shop paint do the painting. how would i got about stripping the paint? do i sand it or is there another method? also a small part of it has a melted spot that i want to fix, how would i go about fixing this?
