Default 97+ Prelude Autosticks

Does anyone know why the autosticks dont... ... ... like go faster than they should, they have 190 hp but they just wont go, i drove my friends the other day, and my lude si felt faster, does anyone know the deal with the slap sticks? is it just cause of the tranmission?

cause its and auto. Not to be an ***, but your friend should've done it right the first time and bought a 5spd. He would've been happier

The sport shift preludes are only four speeds which makes them slow.

Yep, that plus a low stall speed on the TC and shitty gearing; 1st and 4th gears are ******* useless.

lol, thanks guys, i figured that was it, but some people buy big *** v8's as auto's because they're easier to race, or that's what i hear, so i wasnt quite sure, thanks for the responses though

well those big *** v8's have better tranny's in automatic form than the preludes 4 speed automatic sportshift, which has been known to have problems. Automatics are nice, but on a I4 you need all the power you can get.
