quick! canadian EF drivers help!

i can get a canadian 88 HF with a glasstop. is this the real deal or is someone calling their SI an HF to make a sale? also what kinda laws would i be under if i were to daily rive it?

HF's are only availible to the usa unless its imported here. Also if it's a crx then it never had a glass sunroof in north america. The crx has a panel that slides up and back, no glass.
