looks custom to me. the headlights/filler piece are from the jdm front and the hood looks like its the stock jdm piece with some scoops molded in. the bumper is for the us front because you can see its more square. id guess that its either off a fiberglass kit or else someone went nuts on an 88-89 bumper and molded all that stuff onto it
