B17A1 YS1 tranny w/LSD
Is there a way to tell if the tranny has an LSD (a stamp or something on the sticker)? I was doing some research on the B17A1. I found out that the 92-93 GSR had this option.
The typical rule of thumb is to look through where the axle shaft go into the transmission. If you can see all the way though the hole, you have an LSD. If there's a bar or something in the way, it's an open diff.

fyi, none of the US 92-93 GSR's had an optional LSD equipped tranny...only in Japan they had this option. If you came up on a YS1 tranny w/LSD its more than likely a JDM tranny from a 92-93 XSi/RSi DA Integra.
