hardcore H22 yea woo!!
Well I hear that you cannot run custom pistons(JE, Arias etc) with the stock sleeves, that sucks. Can someone explain why?
What will compression be with JDM Type S pistons, and that is it(no milling head, headgasket mods etc)?
And last but not least, what cams would be nicely paired with Type S pistons, something more aggressive than JDM Type S pistons.
Thanks!

The only aftermarket piston you can run is a special piston from weisco or Endyn. The cylinder lining is not compatable with a normal forged piston.
type S pistons are 11:1 . a good cam match would be crower stage 2's.

true the walls have a special reinforced coating that cannot be matched with normal pistons ..
that's what i read everywhere neway
type S pistons are pretty cheap for 11.0 CR ..
worth it i think when playing with the rest of the engine!

this super duper coating you speak of is call FRM (friction reducing material) haha bs but i know its called frm and thats why you can put am pistons in w/ resleeving.
