I wanted to let you guys in the EF forum know first, in case some one needs a 2nd hatch or a parts car. I will try to get pics up soon, within a week or so... Look for the ad in the classifieds, or PM me.

I will get more HATCH info to any interested parties, but here are the basics...

89 DX Hatch, 5 speed, Laguna Gold Metallic with light beige/tan interior, needs a little TLC, small hail dents, windshield cracked, runs but wont start right now. I just replaced the ignition lock cylinder. Needs at least a battery, but maybe a starter? May just be the starter wiring or ignition wires.


Will be asking $900.

I'm not hijackin' your thread, but I picked up my c89 hatch with slight rust in right rear and a bent left front fender for 700 bucks...thing drives perfectly.

I'm not sure about down there, but up here in MN, these hatches are going for pretty dirt cheap nowadays

as for your response... Why even compare? You are in MN, im in AL?? completely diff. areas of the country, therefore completely different situation. This car has probably never seen snow, if it has maybe once or twice... DOWN HERE... they go for 1500 in this shape. The "Import Scene" is just now getting into full effect around me, and im sure i can sell it no problem. I just was posting here for interest. Would like the car to go to someone in the Honda-Tech family. Oh well...
