I am currently building a Si Prelude with H23 motor

i was planning to use an A'PEXi Skyline GTR intercooler but have a few fitment questions

to those with intercoolers bigger than the Drag how did you route the piping?
i looked and the only possible way to come into the engine compartment on the left side is to do away with washer bottle all together.

i was going to use Drag piping but i don't think its going to be possible with such a big intercooler


I was planning on doing a custom piping setup just trying to figure out how to get the piping into the engine compartment on the drivers side

i posted a similiar topic in the FI forum with no results any 4g owners can lend any assistance?

check the turbo prelude thread, i thought i remember somthing about a skyline intercooler in there

 

well this is the intercooler i'm goin to run.


this is where my pipe from the turbo to intercooler will be routed.

 

fitment is only an issue if you're a panzyboy.

If you have a saw, some creativity, and access to some piping at a shop that can bend it, then you have no problems what so ever.

There is nothing up front that cant be moved/relocated/hacked/refabricated.

Wish I had pics of my lude when we put the IC on it. I got creative baby. LOL

 

how much do you think u will put down?

im not big on this setup... to much piping... wish i would did like other dude did.. oh well it works

did you get that from boostcoolers? looks just like mine, that im going to try to put on tomarrow.
