leaking antifreeze

i put a new line from the throttle body to the block that sends anti freeze, forgot to put on the little fastener and its leaking from the TB , i can fix the leak but how do i know how much antifreeze to put back in?

fill the resovour to the MAX mark, drive around, check it again, just keep it filled to that mark
